Wordfest's Imagine On Air presents chefs Noor Murad and Yotam Ottolenghi to celebrate the Canadian launch of their highly anticipated new cookbook series, Ottolenghi Test Kitchen: Shelf Love. This exclusive one-hour event, hosted by chef Eden Grinshpan (Top Chef Canada) and recorded in the actual Ottolenghi test kitchen, will air at 7pm MT/9pm ET/6pm (the pre-show will begin at 6:50pm MT.) 

Tickets are $40 (plus tax) and include your ticket, a copy of Ottolenghi Test Kitchen: Shelf Love, and shipping anywhere in Canada.

The official publication date for Ottolenghi Test Kitchen: Shelf Love is Nov. 2, at which point Indigo can begin shipping the books – as soon as they process your order, Indigo will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. About Noor Murad

Noor Murad is a Bahraini-born chef whose international work experience eventually brought her to the Ottolenghi family in 2016. She developed recipes for the books Falastin and Ottolenghi Flavor, as well as for Ottolenghi’s MasterClass series and other online Ottolenghi publications. Her Bahraini roots have a strong influence on her cooking, with Arabic, Persian, and Indian flavors making a prominent appearance in her recipes.

About Host Eden Grinshpan

Eden Grinshpan is a chef, food personality, and the current host of Top Chef Canada. After earning her culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu in London, Eden found herself chasing big flavours around the world, cooking in restaurants, and eating her way across Europe, India, Southeast Asia, and of course Israel, from which her family hails. She conceptualized, produced, and hosted Eden Eats, her first culinary travel show for the Cooking Channel. Her career in television sparked, Eden then went on to host and judge a multitude of television shows, including Log On and Eat with Eden Grinshpan and Chopped Canada. Her most recent cookbook, Eating Out Loud, is a new take a playful new take on Middle Eastern cuisine with more than 100 fresh, flavourful recipes.
